Situation
Stefanini Group has a long-standing history with Rockwell Automation, originally partnering with the organization in Brazil more than 25 years ago through IHM Stefanini. Since that time, the companies have collaborated on several projects, with Stefanini earning the title of Gold System Integrator within the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork™. This program tier indicates Stefanini’s proven track record of success and overall alignment with Rockwell’s core competencies. In 2023, this global partnership was expanded into North America, creating new opportunities for co-creation between the partner organizations.
Challenge
In the manufacturing industry, information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) are often disconnected. This intersection of the IT and OT worlds is what drove the expansion of the partnership between Stefanini Group and Rockwell Automation.
Over the years, many manufacturing companies have invested in point solutions with the hopes of improving their current state of operations – often without planning for the future. This ecosystem of floor technology becomes even more diverse when acquisitions occur. As a result, many manufacturing companies find themselves without a single suite of products throughout their operations.
Solution and Results

Through strategic collaboration, Stefanini and Rockwell Automation combine these forces to digitally transform manufacturing companies from the shop floor to the top floor.
