Stefanini Social Responsibility Approach
In 1987, Stefanini started as a training company. A testament to our roots, education remains an important part of our Corporate Social Responsibility activities through the Stefanini Insitute.
More than thirty years later, Stefanini now has offices all around the world. We owe our success to the many diverse employees who contribute varying experiences and opinions. Our open door policy fosters an inclusive environment where all are welcome to share ideas; through this approach, we drive significant, lasting change that drives true innovation.
At the same time, Stefanini sees endless opportunities to help address issues the world now faces. Actions taken in all regions are reflected in this approach and when new practices are adopted, they are implemented into the Stefanini culture.
As stewards of the Digital Age, we realize we have an obligation to give back to the community. To create a better future for us all, we are continuously doing the work to uphold ethical practices, operate responsibly (and with integrity!), and create a barrier-free workplace; only through these measures can we truly support our growth mindset.

The vision of Stefanini Cares is to provide our workforce community with a meaningful opportunity for year round volunteering and gift giving. Our mission is to celebrate personal charity in support of non-profits internal and external that strengthen our community and promote the common good. Stefanini Cares intends to be more dynamic in partnering with institutions with similar vision and campaigns focusing on Environment Preservation, Health and Fitness Awareness, Community Development, and Disaster Preparedness & Relief Operations.
The Stefanini Institute was founded in Brazil 2001 to oversee the social activities of Stefanini. Today, present in four different locations in Brazil (São Paulo / SP; Jaguariúna / SP; Francisco Morato / SP; and Poços de Caldas / MG), the Institute instructs by using specialized, technologically-focused language, which prepares teenagers and adults for the labor market. All lessons are based upon the organization's ethical values and its mission is to equip students to handle the digital transformation process that modern, forward-thinking organizations are striving to achieve. The program focuses on teaching computerized language, with a view on social and digital inclusion, as a basic element for integral training and citizenship exercises.
The Stefanini Institute in Romania has a similar goal in that it offers educational opportunities for young, underprivileged members of our community to acquire the skills they need to develop and move forward in life. Our vision is to provide free training with specialization in IT and social skills, free education events and seminars and also support and creating solutions for those who need them most.
