Ecglobal’s collaborative platform with more than 1 million active customers complements our company’s portfolio of digital marketing solutions
With our strategy based on organic growth and acquisition, we announced, in Brazil, that Stefanini took another important step to expand our innovation ecosystem composed of more than 30 companies. Now, our focus is to complement the portfolio of digital marketing ecosystem solutions, which we’ve done with the acquisition of Ecglobal, a Brazilian company with operations abroad – in Latin American countries and the United States. Ecglobal has developed a collaborative platform, with proprietary technology, to create communities and social networks. Their goal is for companies and consumers to engage with, collaborate on, and co-create better products and experiences, with data owned by companies.
Ecglobal will complement our Digital offer, called Haus ecosystem, which is formed by the companies W3haus (advertising agency), Huia (digital commerce), Gauge (digital products/channels and performance), Brooke (digital content producer), CAPS (in-house customer ), Inspiring (CRM, loyalty and engagement) and NOW3 (in-company education). This ecosystem works in a focused way to solve customer problems, creating platforms for conversation, experience and content.
Ecglobal is responsible for annually announcing the Net Love Score, or NLS, which is a study that reveals the brands that had the most consumer engagement in Brazil. Ecglobal aims to understand the evolution of consumer behavioral trends, from a combination of social listening in communities, and quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. The platform promotes active participation in people’s routines through automation and data intelligence, and is able to quickly interact with a cause or purpose, driving new business.
Through the Ecglobal network; marketing, innovation and CX/UX teams can develop and validate the following: concepts, upcoming innovations, experiences, positioning, and communication. In the same way, their research can generate strategic insights for the marketing and branding departments. It is a space where participants can brainstorm, co-create, receive information, and influence decisions from brands and organizations that they admire.
Currently, Ecglobal has more than 1 million active consumers on its platform- 600,000 of which are in Brazil. Among the main clients are Itaú, Nestlé, Natura, BRF, HBO and Via. “From the first contact, we realized that there was a great synergy between the companies, which will, from now on, be able to integrate the efficiency of Ecglobal’s software with Stefanini’s DNA of innovation and excellence in the provision of services”, said Bruno Caloi, Merger and Acquisition Director at Stefanini, who works closely with the business units to seek companies that are complementary to our company.
