Creating A Pharmaceutical Company’s First New Digital Channel

Challenge:

As a legacy company, it had a long history of clinical cases but all printed as traditional brochures. It needed to modernize with digital versions for quick and easy visualization of study cases for both customers and its sales team.

Strategy:

A Stefanini Dive team worked with the client to create a custom solution for integrating, hosting, and visualizing the clinical cases. We designed an Android and iOS App for the cases to be viewed on a mobile app and implemented web admin panel for management and registration of additional clinical cases.

Transformation:

From zero digital capabilities to an expanding digital future, Stefanini provided a better customer journey with this new digital channel. It allows customers access to clinical case information on their mobile devices.
