In my tenth year with the company, coinciding with the company’s 37th birthday, I am about to be the same age as the company. I feel immensely honored to have grown alongside the company, transforming from a workplace novice into an experienced IT support professional. By moving through different project teams, I have learned various system-related knowledge, enhanced my customer service awareness, and honed my troubleshooting skills.
