Four years ago, when I was job hunting, many companies only analyzed my previous experience, considering me a visionary for suggesting a different approach to corporate helpdesk (agent training, testing in a trial environment, and greenlighting in the real environment upon training completion).
Stefanini was the only one to evaluate the overall picture, and after almost four years at Stefanini , I am so proud to celebrate this anniversary that I decided to dedicate this post to them and my colleagues in Milan (Italy)
This is a celebration of a period spent, despite various difficulties, providing helpdesk services with the necessary training in a supportive and collaborative client company.
Another way of working is possible, thanks to well-established training and control methods.
All of this is coordinated by a serious and methodical approach, with visible career paths from day one and the Stefanini University allowing skills integration at any time.
Thanks to this approach, I was able to achieve my first IT certification (CompTIA A+ 220-1001 & 220-1002) and grow both personally and technically.
