It’s been over a decade since I began my career at Stefanini, starting from a background quite different from HR. I am deeply thankful to Paul, Mae, and Chinky for giving me an opportunity as a newcomer without a clear direction. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to grow and now lead the Talent Acquisition team.

This month marks my 8th anniversary with Stefanini EMEA, while soon the organization will also celebrate its 37th anniversary. And what a journey it has been! From my start as a Support Engineer speaking Italian to now leading an amazing team of L&D professionals, every step has been a learning experience filled with growth, challenges, and unforgettable moments. Four seasons change, years like a song. The cold winter has passed, the flower of hope in spring quietly blooming, the summer sun is warm and bright, and now, we finally ushered in the harvest of autumn. At this special moment, our Stefanini also celebrated its 37th birthday. I remember that on December 26,2015, I entered the door of Stefanini Jilin and became a member of the O sram project team. At that time, I, like the first bud, was full of curiosity and desire to explore this new world.

Recently, I came across a quote in Arnold Schwarzenegger's book Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life that struck a chord with me. It wasn’t just inspiring; it made me realize that I had unknowingly been following this advice all along: 'Go back to when you were under 10 years old, remember what you loved doing most, and think about how you could make it your goal, make a plan, and follow the plan.'

Looking back, I realize that’s exactly what happened to me. At one point, I felt lost, drifting without a clear goal. Yet, I kept gravitating toward the things I loved as a child—playing with cameras and spending endless hours on the computer.

Four years ago, when I was job hunting, many companies only analyzed my previous experience, considering me a visionary for suggesting a different approach to corporate helpdesk (agent training, testing in a trial environment, and greenlighting in the real environment upon training completion).

Stefanini was the only one to evaluate the overall picture, and after almost four years at Stefanini , I am so proud to celebrate this anniversary that I decided to dedicate this post to them and my colleagues in Milan (Italy)

I've had the pleasure of being part of Stefanini's story for over 15 years, and I'm proud to have contributed to some of its most important chapters. This company inspires me to always push beyond my limits and challenge myself.

From the very first moment I joined Stefanini team, about 4 years ago, I felt a complex synchronization in the Universe, being a part of this Big Family. A huge and beautiful surprise for me, was that I have a lot of friends which I met in my spare time, I met hundreds of beautiful colleagues that generate Positive Vibes, have a High Emotional Intelligence, and all of them keep the same Vector - To make the Unthinkable, Possible. To make the Possible, Tangible and make everything Tangible when we Co-Create, as a TEAM, as a Family, Home at Stefanini.
