Despite the fact that last year was challenging for everyone, we were able to invest in growing our local capabilities at Stefanini Moldova.
In 2023, we have big plans to build on that foundation.
As the sales department is the driver of growth for any business, we’ve created a local sales team, which will focus on winning new clients. This team will broaden our focus and build our existing client portfolio by winning business from small and medium-sized companies.
In order to accommodate this shift and make our structure more flexible, we will rethink how we deliver services this year. This will include moving from providing clients with resources to delivering managed development services that span all aspects of the application lifecycle.
Making this a reality will also involve investing in our team. We recognize that our employees are our most valuable assets – and we also recognize that hiring the best people can be difficult. We’re addressing this by encouraging expats around the world to relocate to Moldova, which will involve us assisting with the entire process, including gaining the correct documentation. And of course, we will contribute to growing the local IT market by continuously investing into paid internship programs.
With these plans in place, 2023 is set to be an exciting year for Stefanini Moldova.
