Stefanini is set to share its expertise on the changing nature of work at the Workplace of the Future event, which takes place 27th April at the Grand Hotel Bucharest in Romania.
Organized by a leading Romanian business publication, The Diplomat – Bucharest, this seventh edition of Workplace of the Future will explore everything from hybrid and remote work to sustainability and diversity initiatives, alongside new performance measuring tools, the emergence of smart office solutions and the redesigning of office spaces.
Andreea Miron, People and Culture Director, Stefanini EMEA, will participate in the conference discussion, where she will outline how a human-centric employee experience boosts employee engagement and productivity, which translates into higher customer satisfaction and reduced staff turnover. The discussion will also encompass how office spaces are meeting new needs, the role of digital transformation in supporting remote work and the importance of sustainable office design.
“The world of work has been entirely transformed in recent years, which is why events like Workplace of the Future are so valuable, providing businesses with the latest insights into the most effective ways to respond. The conference discussion will span a wide range of vital topics and I’m particularly looking forward to outlining the importance of creating an employee experience that attracts and retains top talent through an approach built on empathy, flexibility and communication,” says Andreea Miron.
