Olga Botușan appointed HR Director for EMEA at Stefanini

Stefanini has promoted Olga Botușan to the role of HR Director for EMEA, giving her responsibility for coordinating strategy for HR departments in all EMEA countries where the company operates.

Olga joined Stefanini earlier this year, when she was appointed as HR Manager for Romania, Moldova and Poland and Recruitment Manager for EMEA.

In her new role, she becomes a member of the company’s regional Executive Leadership Team and will coordinate the entire recruitment process and implement HR projects across EMEA, where Stefanini employs more than 2,300 members of staff.

Olga has more than 15 years’ experience in HR, having worked at major multinational companies including HP and Accenture, along with businesses specializing in IT, telecoms, consulting and business process outsourcing (BPO).

Manuel Frade, Stefanini EMEA CEO, says: “Olga has demonstrated she can successfully embrace the responsibilities that come with an EMEA role through the highly successful projects she has coordinated this year and changes she has made to the HR team. I am confident that her experience and skills will enable her to attract leading talent and create an even stronger and more united team.”
