Stefanini Launches Co-creation Program To Drive Digital Transformation

Collaborative co-creation methodology partners with clients to take problem-symptoms to innovative solutions

 

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 18, 2022—Stefanini Group, a $1 billion global technology company specializing in digital solutions, with locations in 41 countries across the Americas, Europe, Australia and Asia, announced today it is launching a co-creation program to drive human-centered digital transformation for its clients through co-creation sessions and design sprints.

In the transformation management step of Stefanini’s comprehensive transformation portfolio, iterative co-creation sessions and design sprints are structured, facilitated brainstorm sessions that help teams engage in successful innovation. The sessions begin by defining problems, researching and gathering data, and prioritizing and evaluating innovation initiatives.

Then, clients will be led through immersive ideation approaches to the design of strategic experiences, services and products. From there, actionable, visual frameworks will be created as a roadmap to achieve transformation.
