Stefanini’s managed service expertise has been recognized at the IT Service & Support Awards, where the company has been named ‘Best Large Enterprise Managed Service Provider 2020’.
Organized by the Service Desk Institute, the IT Service & Support Awards are the industry’s most prestigious prize, promoting excellence, professionalism, innovation and outstanding achievement globally for the last 25 years.
The Managed Service Provider category was open to all managed IT service and support teams (MSPs) that help external customers to achieve their business goals. Judges assessed teams on how effectively they ensure customers’ organisational objectives and visions are met.
Stefanini was also a finalist in the Best Service Desk CX category at the ceremony, which was streamed virtually for the first time and took place on Thursday 26th November. The CX Service Desk category recognizes businesses delivering an inspiring customer experience via their service desk in order to make a genuine difference to the lives of customers.
