For businesses all over the world, digital technology is rapidly becoming a necessity. Both customers and employees now feel the benefits of a digital workplace more than ever, as organisations look for quicker, smarter and more cost-effective ways of working. But as the likes of AI and Cloud services increase the capabilities of modern-day workplaces, the complexity of digital transformation increases, too.
Pushback from senior leadership, lack of budget and lack of knowledge are some of the biggest obstacles to digitally transforming the workplace, but there are solutions available. That’s why Stefanini will be attending the Gartner Digital Workplace Summit 2019 on the 12th and 13th September in London.
Stefanini will be showcasing its creative solution to digital transformation, Sophie, a combination of cognitive computing and AI, designed to assist in various business scenarios and multiple divisions of the enterprise. Throughout the summit, the team will explain how Sophie can interact with customers in multiple native languages, as well as exploring other automated solutions, such as Windows Autopilot, and other vending machines that eliminate the need for on-site support.
The team of seven attendees from Stefanini will include Prasad Mantrala, Workplace Services Manager, Dana Neacsu Samson, Analyst, and Mark Bardoe, Director of Business Development.
In addition to the business stands, there will be a range of presentations from Gartner associates, many of which revolve around developing a digital workplace strategy. You could listen to the session about the 20 Culture Hacks to Improve Digital Workplace Adoption and Efficiency, for example, or attend the Workshop: Data Literacy – Assessment and Development to Bridge the Gap.
You can find Stefanini at stand S6 on both days of the event.
