Staff Augmentation
This is your traditional staffing model through which a Stefanini W2 staffer can be assigned to your company and support various projects. The length of assignment can vary and has the option for annual renewals.
Managed Independent Contractor (IC)
In a Managed IC model, we developed the in-house core competencies to engage fully compliant independent contractors. If you're only utilizing traditional W2 staffers for your projects, you are missing out on 30% of the Total Talent in the market today. With a flavor of our Tech on Demand, Stefanini has introduced Digital Talent on Demand, allowing access to the growing gig worker ecosystem. Stefanini improves the outcomes and reduces the risk by adding upfront and ongoing project management to the worker and the worker project assignment. Our Digital Talent on Demand will leverage talent from the Stefanini Digital Talent Mall and/or harvest from other gig platform partners.
Managed Payroll Services
Not all workers can qualify as independent contractor status. During the analysis phase of the worker assignment, Stefanini will put the worker through the IC verification assessment. If the worker does not qualify for IC status, Stefanini will become the Employer of Record (EOR) and onboard the worker; we can become an extension of your brand.
Direct Hire Services
Whether you want to hire one worker or multiple workers, Stefanini will deliver. We work with our clients on writing enticing Job Descriptions, getting the word out, using technical assessments to qualify, video interviewing, and closing.
