Stefanini Infrastructure and Cloud Customer Service Highlighted in S-Square Report
Stefanini has received the highest client satisfaction score in the Infrastructure and Cloud category in Partnership Benchmark 2022 study from the IT sourcing advisory and research firm S-Square for the second year running.
Stefanini topped the charts for client satisfaction with a score of 4.0, which corresponds with ‘Very Satisfied’ and was higher than any other company assessed in the category.
S-Square noted that Stefanini had received “top notch client feedback” and described the ethos of the company as based on a human touch and personal fit that was “very powerful”.

S-Square is a sourcing advisory and analyst firm. Its annual Partnership Benchmark survey was created to provide deep insights into market trends and service provider positioning and performance. This year, it evaluated more than 70 leading Belgian companies and government organizations, spanning more than 200 contracts across applications, infrastructure and security services.
