At Stefanini Institute, 2025 has been so far a journey of purpose, connection, and shared growth. With every project, we’ve aimed to create opportunities for children, support for mothers, and meaningful experiences for our community. Each activity is a reflection of our belief that education and care transform lives, and that together, we can build stronger futures.
1. For Children and Teenagers
Our mission begins with children — nurturing their curiosity, creativity, and confidence. This year, we’ve created safe spaces for learning and discovery through:
- Creative Workshops: hands-on sessions where 45 children experimented with art, crafts, and storytelling, helping them express their imagination while building social skills.
- Educational Labs & Webinars: including robotics workshops, digital literacy, and problem-solving. More than 15 sessions were designed to introduce children to future-ready skills in an engaging way.
- Personal Development Activities: games and exercises aimed at boosting teamwork, communication, and self-awareness.
Through these initiatives, children not only learned but also discovered joy in their own abilities.
2. For Mothers
We believe that by supporting mothers, we strengthen entire families. This year, we designed and delivered programs that empowered 10 women from a local community, providing them with practical tools, knowledge, and confidence to shape a better future for themselves and their children:
- Self-Awareness Workshops: providing guidance on communication, emotional intelligence, and personal values that guide us through life.
- Community Groups: safe spaces where mothers could share experiences, learn from each other, and build supportive networks.
These activities are aimed at creating a ripple effect: stronger mothers, stronger families, stronger communities.
3. Events: Picnic de Meserii
One of the year’s highlights was the Jobs Picnic (Picnic de Meserii), an event created to connect children and teenagers with professionals from diverse fields, inspiring them to explore future career paths. More than 150 participants took part in this memorable experience:
- Career Exploration: volunteers from different industries shared their paths, giving young participants a glimpse into potential futures.
- Interactive Stands: hands-on activities helped participants experience professions first-hand.
- Community Celebration: the picnic atmosphere encouraged conversations, learning, and a sense of belonging.
This event reminded us that the seeds of career inspiration are often planted in moments of curiosity and play.
4. Summer Schools
Summer brought opportunities for deep learning and personal growth through our schools for 20 teenagers:
- Two Summer Schools, in Bucharest and Sibiu: both hosted on Stefanini premises, where children combined fun activities with structured learning modules in digital skills, teamwork, and creativity.
- Immersive Experiences: children and teens learned about collaboration, resilience, and innovation, while forming lifelong memories.
These summer experiences continue to shape the next generation of confident, capable, and compassionate individuals.
Partnership with Stefanini Romania
Our impact is amplified by the strong partnership between Stefanini Institute and Stefanini Romania. Together, we’ve nurtured a culture of volunteering that empowers employees to give back to the community.
- Employee Volunteering Programs: colleagues from Stefanini joined as mentors, trainers, and activity facilitators, directly supporting children and families.
- Collective Impact: by combining the Institute’s mission with the company’s resources and people, we created experiences that go beyond one-time events, building long-term change.
This partnership is proof that when business and social responsibility walk together, both communities and employees thrive.
