Stefanini Group, a $1 billion global tech consultancy specializing in digital solutions with locations in 41 countries, today announced the initiation of its official merger with Cyber Smart Defence, effective today, August 28th , 2025. Through this strategic move, the company aims to acquire 100% of Cyber Smart Defence in Romania, solidifying a partnership that began in 2020 and marking a key milestone in Stefanini’s strategy to bolster its cybersecurity business unit for clients worldwide.
