An MBA graduate from INSEAD, Natalia combines strategic foresight with hands-on leadership, evolving AI initiatives (including Stefanini’s internal AI programs) in ways that scale across global teams while maintaining measurable, meaningful impact.
Her holistic approach—fusing technology, strategy, and organizational culture—reinforces her standing as an AI Champion who consistently delivers both business value and thought leadership.
In addition to her many professional achievements, Natalia nurtures a passion for hiking and horseback riding.
