Now, employees can self-onboard, fully configuring a new computer without IT knowledge or the presence of an analyst.
New employees only need to connect with their credentials, and the device is pre-configured like a smartphone with all the necessary work information, data archived on other devices and with centralized security guaranteeing greater efficiency and cost reduction. Advanced authentications and robust encryption significantly increase the security of corporate data.
The solution not only optimized employee productivity but also made IT operations more efficient and reliable. Now, this information is well understood, centralized, and available for management at any time. Thanks to the implementation of ZTX, the number of IT calls and device access time has been exponentially reduced, and IT resources can be precisely located due to online geolocation capabilities.
