Stefanini was recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business for managing change during the pandemic!
This past year was full of change. It required resilience, strength, and creativity to continue operating as a successful business when we faced challenges. Remote work became normal overnight, and communication changed drastically, and despite it all, with the help of our amazing People & Culture department, we were able to overcome it and become stronger than we were before.
It is with pride that we can say that we have recognized as a winner by Crain’s Detroit Business for its ability to manage change. The award, described by Crain’s Detroit Business as “Excellence in HR Awards winners reflect all of the resilience, resourcefulness and really big thinking this year has required, in business and life.” The winners were selected from nominations by a judging panel of experienced HR professionals.
“This year’s Excellence in HR Awards winners reflect all of the resilience, resourcefulness and really big thinking this year has required, in business and life,” said Crains. “They moved quickly to roll out remote and flexible work plans — and found perks and productivity gains along the way. They’ve managed reorganizations and rebrands and meaningfully moved the needle on diversity and inclusion. “
There will be more challenges in the future, but we learned that we can do it and we’re ready to tackle them head on, and this award proves that were ready to do so and make real change in the lives of those around us.
