Stefanini has supported Röchling Group in its ambitions to streamline IT delivery across divisions and regions by implementing Xurrent’s ITSM solution for Röchling Medical.
Röchling’s Medical division offers customers a wide range of high-quality, customized components and assemblies, right through to end-to-end OEM products.
Xurrent has been in use in Röchling’s Automotive division since 2018. Based on this positive experience, the Röchling Group selected Xurrent as its enterprise service management environment of choice. The kickoff with the Medical division took place in June, with Röchling Medical joining the Xurrent Service Management environment just five months later.
Michele Ansaloni, Director Operations & Service Management IT Global, Röchling, and his team prepared another successful roll out with Stefanini and Xurrent. Michele says: “I’m proud to announce the implementation of Xurrent in the Medical division, after the success the tool had in the Automotive division. It is the result of the strong collaboration we have with partners supporting us in this activity. Xurrent will have a huge impact on our IT service provisioning, providing benefits to support our ‘shift left’ strategy and the collection of structured information about service management within the organization. The tool is helping the Röchling Group in following our digitalization roadmap and the team is looking forward to proceeding with further implementations.”
Maarten De Ridder, ITSM Practice Lead, Stefanini EMEA, says: “The Xurrent solution we implemented for Röchling will provide the organization with a global, standardized platform for the years ahead. Because the initial groundwork that allowed for such a successful One Europe launch could be re-used during the Medical launch, we were able to deliver an even more efficient implementation this time around. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Röchling teams. Even though we are based in different locations, and travel has been restricted in these difficult times, we have been able to execute two rollouts thanks to the excellent, collaborative relationship we have with the Röchling team, combined with their highly organized approach – and of course the power of Xurrent, which as a cloud-based tool is perfect for implementations in distributed environments.”
Martijn Adams, General Manager EMEA, Xurrent, says: “I was fortunate to be personally involved with the initial Xurrent roll out at Röchling, where I got to experience the great work of Michele and his team first-hand. I am delighted to see that Röchling Medical is now joining Röchling’s Xurrent Service Management and can experience the same high quality.”
Stefanini has partnered with Xurrent since 2018, becoming a valued integrator of ITSM Technology.
