According to CMO Council, 50 percent of customers are able to abandon their favorite brands if customer experience is poor. Customers expect fast response time and knowledgeable staff when faced with issues.
CMO Council also reports that 70 percent of customers are willing to share some of their personal information with brands, but 22 percent of those customers will only share their personal information if they gain value back.
