Stefanini is building on its long-running presence at the Gartner Sourcing & Strategic Vendor Relationships Summit by sponsoring this year’s event, which takes place in London from 22-23 May.

As part of its sponsorship, Stefanini will showcase its role in supporting Sulzer – a leading engineering and manufacturing business – during an ambitious IT transformation journey.

This will include a presentation from Fracois Cisier, Head of IT Service Management Group at Sulzer, which will outline how the company partnered with Stefanini to meet new business demands.

This session will include a description of how Sulzer’s partnership with Stefanini allowed it to implement a modern IT service management solution and an outsourced integrated service desk. It will also outline some of the partnership’s excellent results, including significant increase in the number of issues resolved at the first level.

Stefanini has previously held sessions at the Gartner summit with its clients Coca-Cola HBC, Travelport and Philip Morris International.

Stefanini will also pay tribute to its EMEA headquarters by hosting a Belgian beer bar during the summit’s networking reception, which begins at 18:00 on 22 May.

Tania Herrezeel, EMEA Marketing Director at Stefanini says: “We’re proud to be building on our longstanding presence at the Gartner Sourcing & Strategic Summit with our sponsorship of this year’s event. The event attracts high-level IT decision makers and focuses on how IT partnerships can drive digital business transformation, making the presentation on our partnership with Sulzer an excellent fit.

“Sulzer’s presentation not only highlights some excellent results from our partnership but highlights the importance of working as true partners in a way that meets present needs while laying the groundwork for a positive relationship in the future.”

The Sulzer presentation will take place in Park Plaza Hotel Westminster, in the Westminster C room at 15:15 on Monday 22 May.
